Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly closed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
